As a responsible online store we're committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent except in relation to any orders you have placed with us.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. For the purposes of order tracking we also store details of customer's previous orders with us.

Product Availability and Specifications
Please note that all products and services, including those "on offer", are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. In case of long delays or unavailability, you will always be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We always endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information provided but, inevitably, there is the possibility of us being 'Out of Stock'. We continue to list those products that we can re-order. For some products, we buy many months in advance and cannot re-order in which case we endeavour to remove from sale as soon as we are out of stock.
Occasionally manufacturers make changes to products so they may differ slightly from the photographs and descriptions shown on this web site.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Cards are only decrypted after they reach our computer. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from clothing-for-men.com or Jack Bunney Ltd.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. With the exception of wear and tear or damage, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, with your receipt, providing it is still in its original packaging. HOWEVER, you are required to notify us before returning products. Many of our products carry the manufacturer’s guarantees thereafter. Nothing in the above guarantee affects your legal rights.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Your right to cancel:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel up to 7 working days following delivery. Acceptance of cancellation is conditional on cancellation being given in writing QUOTING YOUR ORDER NUMBER and the goods being returned at the customers’ expense, in their original packaging and 'as new'.
